A little hole in the wall Mexican dinner restaurant! We are locals and love Maria's! Our fav is the Flautas, chimichanga, and the pineapple drink!!
My son and I saw this place on the way to Eagle Point to go skiing. We we're so hungry after that we gave it a shot. Parking was a little wonky because it's at the front of an RV park, so just do your best. No liquor, beer or wine. Excellent food and service. Now, my family is from Guanajuato region of Mexico and that's my preference, I Don't "Tex-Mex". Sorry we didn't get before pics, it was so good we dove in.
Great salsa, loved the hot but was a little hot for my wife so we mIxed the regular in with the hot. Chips good. My chili relleno and enchilada plate was good. My wife dared to be different and got pork and cabbage that she didn't care for. The workers could not have been nicer, and the building is pretty cool.
Wow. Sometimes you find little gems in out of the way places. This is a Diamond! First time here. Weird place inside a log cabin that's located on a RV Camp ground. Mom & Pop type place. Simple tables & decorations. Locals tell me it's always packed. OK so I love Salsa and make my own that's pretty good.....always fresh ingredients no cans. Their Salsa is the BOMB! Go Spicy and is is good. Menu is pretty average so just order a favorite. I had the Chili Relleno. Everyone has their own way to make this dish. I have had it all over the west and in Mexico. This one is a keeper! One of best if not the best I have had. Huge Poblanos and stuffed right. I was in heaven. Other dishes ordered in my group were Burritos, Chimmi's and Chilli Verde. Everyone loved what the got. Great home cooked fair with lots of food for the price. Beans were top notch.... lots of love put into them. If ever in town stop in and give this place a try. I will be back for sure!!! One year later and back in Beaver. Stopped in and food is still great. Fast service! Came in before football game at High School. Had are order and finished in 40 minutes with no rush. Still my favorite place to eat in Beaver. Stay doing what you do best! Love this place and it's awesome food.
